Scenario:
Your Emperor, responding to an expansion need, commands that you colonize the neighbouring archipelago. You are designated for this mission and you decided to install yourself on the central island which is close to surrounding islands. Other civilizations have differents views on these islands and installed themselves very quickly around your Head Quarters Island. Your are surrounded and pirates are after you... You must get rid of all your ennemy and conquer the archipelago! But, Central Island! Strategy? Or, Tactical Error? It's for you to decide...
